Despite the flaws of the original B-Xport, it had a number of advantages. Prime among these is that it was capable of a high payload and it could complete landings in exceptionally dense atmospheres with little effort. Drawing upon the strengths, the Blacktron team designed and built the B-Xport II. Larger and more powerful, the design team attempted to make up for the flaws of the original. More powerful guns were fitted, and a crew of 3 to 4 men were required. Instead of the two attachments of the original, a wheeled communications base was designed. Held more firmly in place, the ship was more maneuverable both with and without the rover. Also, a small satellite launching arm was added to increase the effectiveness of this reconnaissance vehicle. Finally, heavy armor and a large shield generator rounded out the design. These shots are preliminary shots. Other modifications have been made and will be added once the ship comes back to port.
